The cockpit is large and inviting, making it a natural gathering place with plenty of seating space and ample opportunity to set the table for long alfresco dinners. Direct access to the bathing platform provides additional surfaces for relaxing and socialising, while the wide decks and spacious outdoor areas invite effortless movement and sunbathing in luxurious surroundings. In addition, in front of the cockpit is a height-adjustable table that can be lowered to be level with the deck. This provides ample storage for any dinghy during longer voyages.

Spacious and Practical below deck

Below deck, the feeling of generous space and sophisticated interior design continues. The open-plan salon features fine materials and harmonious lines with light that creates a spacious atmosphere. The saloon was partially renovated in 2004 and is now finished in beautiful materials. The pantry is extremely well-equipped and smartly positioned, making it easy to be part of the company, even when food is being prepared. The interior features several comfortable cabins with ample closet space, each with its own stylish character and plenty of room for storage and privacy. The yacht has sleeping capacity for up to 16 people and underwent a major renovation in 2004. Parts of the boat have been renovated, while other parts are functional but still in need of major renovation. In the boat there is a front cabin that appears uncapitalised. This creates a unique opportunity for a new owner to build a workshop, sauna, bunks, storage room, etc.

Supplerende information og teknisk overblik

Der foreligger originale tegninger af båden samt dokumentation fra seneste optagning i december 2025. Skroget blev i 2018 epoxybehandlet (4 lag bund / 2 lag sider). Ved seneste optagning er bunden bundmalet. Roret er efterfølgende foto malet og i velfungerende stand.

Det skal bemærkes, at bådens nuværende indretning afviger fra de oprindelige tegninger. Blandt andet er der ikke toilet i forskibet, og forkahytten er pt. ikke færdigindrettet. Midtskibskahytten ligger i direkte forbindelse med opholdsområdet, som i dag er indrettet med stole fremfor den oprindeligt tegnede sofa. Pantryområdet er mindre end angivet på tegningerne, da der er ikke trappe ved pantryet. Derudover er toilettet agter om styrbord separat fra kahytten og større end oprindeligt skitseret.

Stand og forventningsafstemning

Motoren er udskiftet i 1997 og har ca. 2.300 timer, hvilket afspejler begrænset brug, da båden primært har været sejlet frem for motordrevet. Motor og gearkasse blev udskiftet samtidigt og har siden fungeret uden væsentlige fejl. Vedligeholdelse er løbende udført, senest med olieskift og filterskift i november 2025.
Generatoren er i funktionel stand og vedligeholdt af ejer, men specifikationer som fabrikat og driftstimer foreligger ikke. Ankergrejet er af god kvalitet, og elspillet er installeret i 2023. Det skal bemærkes, at sejlene er funktionsdygtige, men må forventes udskiftet inden for de kommende år.

Båden fremstår funktionel og velsejlende i sin nuværende stand. Der kan dog ikke udarbejdes en fuldstændig liste over eventuelle forbedringer, da dette i høj grad afhænger af den kommende ejers ønsker og ambitionsniveau.

Den nuværende pris afspejler både bådens stand og det potentiale, den tilbyder, og er derfor sat attraktivt i forhold til markedet.
