With its classic silhouette and elegant teak decking, the yacht combines Scandinavian craftsmanship with modern luxury. Not just a yacht, but a floating home with oceans of space to share life's best moments with family and friends. The current owner has had the yacht for 27 years.
Outdoor areas with High Capacity to enjoy sailing and cosy moments
The cockpit is large and inviting, making it a natural gathering place with plenty of seating space and ample opportunity to set the table for long alfresco dinners. Direct access to the bathing platform provides additional surfaces for relaxing and socialising, while the wide decks and spacious outdoor areas invite effortless movement and sunbathing in luxurious surroundings. In addition, in front of the cockpit is a height-adjustable table that can be lowered to be level with the deck. This provides ample storage for any dinghy during longer voyages.
Spacious and Practical below deck
Below deck, the feeling of generous space and sophisticated interior design continues. The open-plan salon features fine materials and harmonious lines with light that creates a spacious atmosphere. The saloon was partially renovated in 2004 and is now finished in beautiful materials. The pantry is extremely well-equipped and smartly positioned, making it easy to be part of the company, even when food is being prepared. The interior features several comfortable cabins with ample closet space, each with its own stylish character and plenty of room for storage and privacy. The yacht has sleeping capacity for up to 16 people and underwent a major renovation in 2004. Parts of the boat have been renovated, while other parts are functional but still in need of major renovation. In the boat there is a front cabin that appears uncapitalised. This creates a unique opportunity for a new owner to build a workshop, sauna, bunks, storage room, etc.
Supplementary information and technical overview
Original drawings of the boat are available, as is documentation from the latest haul-out in December 2025. The hull underwent an epoxy treatment in 2018 (4 coats on the bottom / 2 coats on the sides). During the latest haul-out, the bottom was antifouled. The rudder has subsequently been painted and is in good working order.
It should be noted that the boat's current layout deviates from the original drawings. Among other things, there is no toilet in the forepeak, and the forward cabin is currently not fully fitted out. The midship cabin is directly connected to the living area, which is currently furnished with chairs instead of the originally drawn sofa. The pantry area is smaller than indicated on the drawings, as there is no staircase by the pantry. Furthermore, the toilet aft to starboard is separate from the cabin and larger than originally sketched.
Position and expectation management
The engine was replaced in 1997 and has approximately 2,300 hours, reflecting limited use as the boat has primarily been sailed rather than motored. The engine and gearbox were replaced simultaneously and have since functioned without significant faults. Maintenance has been carried out regularly, most recently with an oil and filter change in November 2025.
The generator is in functional condition and maintained by the owner, but specifications such as make and operating hours are unavailable. The anchor gear is of good quality, and the electric winch was installed in 2023. It should be noted that the sails are functional, but can be expected to be replaced within the coming years.
The boat appears to be functional and well-sailed in its current condition. However, a complete list of potential improvements cannot be compiled, as this depends largely on the wishes and ambition level of the future owner.
The current price reflects both the condition of the boat and the potential it offers, and is therefore attractively set in relation to the market.
A Yacht for Long-distance sailing
The yacht is ideal for longer stays on board and designed for both comfort and functionality. The yacht is ideal for long-distance sailing and has crossed the Atlantic several times. Furthermore, the yacht has had its mast and rigging replaced in 2012 and boom replaced in 2007. On board this Scandinavian Cruiser Eagle 64, there is room for many to enjoy life at sea - whether it is fast-paced cruising or relaxed days at anchor in a quiet bay.
