What personal data do we collect and for what purposes?
When you visit the Website, we automatically collect information about you, such as the type of browser you use, the search terms you use on the Website, your IP address and information about your computer in order to optimise the conversion on the Website, improve it and carry out targeted marketing.
When you purchase a product on the Website, we collect information about you, e.g. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, information about which products you purchase and possibly have returned for the purpose of delivering products to you and for the fulfilment of our accounting obligations.
When you sign up for our newsletter, you give your explicit consent for us to collect information about you, e.g. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, information about what you have purchased and possibly returned.

What is the basis for the collection?
The collection of information as mentioned in section 2.1.1 is necessary in order for us to fulfil our interests in improving the functions of the Website and its structure, and to offer you relevant offers.
We only use your IP address to determine your geographical location if we have received your separate consent to do so.
The collection of data as mentioned in section 2.1.2 is necessary for us to fulfil our agreement with you.

Use of data processors
We use external companies to, among other things, carry out the technical operation of the Website, e.g. our suppliers assist us in connection with targeted marketing, including for retargeting, and improvement of the Website and for your evaluation of our products/services. These companies are data processors and under our instructions and process data for which we are the data controller. The data processors may not use the data for any purpose other than fulfilment of the agreement with us and are subject to confidentiality.

The right of access

Erasure of personal data

Information that we have collected in connection with your consent for us to send you marketing by e-mail, SMS and post will be deleted if you withdraw your consent, unless we are authorised to continue processing, cf. section 2.
Information that we have collected in connection with your subscription to our newsletter will be deleted if you contact us about it. In all newsletters, you will have the opportunity to respond and thereby opt out of your subscription. By unsubscribing, we automatically delete the data we have collected on you.
