Wings K-15 - A Classic 12-Metre in a Class of its Own

The Wings K-15 is a 12-metre with a rich history. This unique 12-metre yacht was built in 1937 at the legendary Camper & Nicholson shipyard. She underwent a thorough restoration in 2007 by Guy Ribadeau Dumas from France. A perfect balance of classic aesthetics and modern performance, Wings is a masterpiece that honours her roots and is optimised for today's top-level racing. Wings is a 12-metre that, after careful renovation and maintenance, is better than ever.

Prestigious Performance and Quality Materials

Wings is recognised as one of the fastest classic 12-metre yachts in its category in the world. Wings sails under the Third International Rule. She has won numerous prestigious races - including the Robbe & Berking Sterling Cup, Les Voiles de St. Tropez and the European Championship. Her results speak for themselves. The current ownership, a dedicated and successful racing syndicate since 2017, has invested significantly in ongoing maintenance and improvements. Among other things, the boat has a new rig, new customised mast, new winches, new sails, new electrical installation and is stored in a humidity controlled hall.
Wings' construction is made of noble materials; mahogany planks, ash and stainless steel frames, deck and mast in sitka spruce. The interior is the original Honduras mahogany. Deliberately simple and restored in 2019 in the original style.

Sails for all types of sailing and electronics

The sail wardrobe consists of both North, Quantum and Ullmann sails. Electronics include B&G instruments, lithium batteries, VHF and LED lights throughout the boat. Every detail, from winches to deck equipment, demonstrates an uncompromising approach to both performance and authenticity.
With the Wings K-15, there is an opportunity to become part of the 12-metre class' exclusive heritage. The Wings K-15 can be acquired as a complete package or divided into several syndicate shares. The current syndicate places great emphasis on transferring knowledge to the new owners through a thorough handover from the current team. The Wings syndicate wishes to resume the esteemed level of Wings.
